Is Trackfity free?
Yes - downloading and tracking your workouts is free, with no ads. You can even explore the whole app with sample data before creating an account.
Do I need an account to use it?
No. Trackfity works fully offline on your phone. A free account is optional and exists for one reason: backing up your training and syncing it when you switch devices.
Can I track weighted exercises, not just reps?
Yes. When you add an exercise you choose how it's measured: plain reps (push-ups), reps + weight (bench press), or distance (running). Each type gets charts that fit it.
What makes Trackfity different from other workout tracker apps?
Most trackers are databases you report to. Trackfity is built around seeing progress: a GitHub-style consistency grid, streaks, per-exercise growth charts, session goals computed from your last three workouts, and personal records celebrated with confetti. Logging a set takes two taps, so the tracking never gets in the way of the training.
Can Trackfity create workouts for me?
Yes. The built-in AI routine builder works from a body map: tap the muscle groups you want to train, choose a goal - muscle, strength, or stamina - and it generates a routine with exercises, sets, and reps to match. Save it and the app walks you through it set by set.
Can I track my body weight and measurements too?
Yes. Log your weight in seconds and watch the trend line (kg or lb), set a goal to gain, lose, or maintain, and record tape measurements on a body diagram. There's also a progress-photo timelapse that plays your transformation back as a movie.
Is Trackfity available on Android?
Right now Trackfity is iPhone-only so we can make the iOS experience genuinely great. Android is on the roadmap - sign up on this page and we'll email you when it lands.
